With many years experience in marketing, product development and sales for businesses of any scale, Trixi loves the challenge of multi-cultural teams and international business. After moving to India in 2010, Trixi went back to school to become a coach and focus her energy on the thing she loves most – developing people. Her clients are encouraged to identify and leverage their strengths rather than worry about weaknesses, and thus have a huge impact on their potential. Back in California, Trixi and her team are coaching our members to find and pursue their own greatness. Trixi holds a Master in International Business from the University of Vienna, Austria. Her coaching credentials include Erickson Certified Professional Coach (ECPC) and PCC– ICF (International Coaching Federation).
