Ahlam is the one with the magic touch when it comes to deciphering the subtle nuances of a conversation. Since she was seven years old she has been living with severely impaired vision, and as a consequence it`s her hearing and the keen sense for the atmosphere of a conversation that she can rely on when talking to clients on the phone or interacting with her team members, friends and family. Born in Lebanon and raised in Germany she has been living in a multicultural setting ever since – certainly one of the reasons why the trained management assistant in office communication and mother of two kids loves her job and can easily relate to the international setting of her team.
